H The letter "H" is for "How". How you act, how you feel. How you treat the people around you. E "E" Is for "Earnest". Don't pretend to be something you aren't. Be honest about yourself, and your actions. A "A" actually stands for "Aid". Help others if you can, in any way. Serve others whenever you can, wherever you can. R I put "R" with "Reality". Don't lie to yourself or others to make things seem better then they really are. Be honest in all you do. T And finally, "T". "T" is for "Trust". Trust your instincts; your friends, your family. And most of all trust what your heart tells you.
